Water Main Break - Disruption of Service

**UPDATE: 9:13 p.m. - Crews have restored service to all affected lines.

While the Mains have been flushed, it is recommended that those impacted flush their own private lines as well, via an exterior hose or bathtub faucet for 10-20 min.

**UPDATE: 4:55 p.m. Our Public Work Crew is continuing to work on this issue. We do not have a timeline, but crews will be onsite and working until water service is restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

At 1:25 p.m. today, water gushing across Loop Road was reported to City Hall.

Responding crews discovered a broken water main near the corner of Loop Road and Bone Road.

Water was shut off to this line, causing customers near and below Loop Road to lose service.

Crews are working hard to repair this line and restore service as soon as possible.
