Please be advised that the Stevenson Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearings on to review the following proposal:
Variance Request: The owners of the property at 725 NW Angel Heights Road (Tax Lot 03-07-36-3-3-0119-00) are requesting a variance to the City’s standards for the height of a wall within the front yard setback. Such requests are subject to review and approval by the Stevenson Board of Adjustment.
This notice is provided as a correction of a previous notice which included “standards for rear yard setbacks. If that request is unsuccessful, they are asking for a variance to the City’s lot orientation standard.” No such request was made.
The public hearing is scheduled for 6:00pm on Monday, March 20th, 2023 at City Hall, 7121 E Loop Road, Stevenson, WA.
Your attendance, comments, and inquiries are cordially invited. The proposal is available for public review at City Hall during regular business hours.
