Robert Muth
Robert C. Muth has served as the City of Stevenson’s Attorney since 2023. Prior to being appointed to the City Attorney position, Robert had served as an elected member of City Council from 2010 to 2022. Robert has been licensed to practice law since 1988 and has memberships in the state Bars of Washington, Oregon, North Carolina and Texas. Robert’s practice has been on small business representation and commercial litigation ranging from contract disputes to real property litigation. As the City’s legal advisor, Robert advises the City and Council on a host of municipal matters and all aspects of municipal law in the state of Washington.
In addition to practicing law and assisting the City, Robert has volunteered with the local AYSO Board, the Stevenson-Carson PTA, and is currently serving as the treasurer for the Skamania County Chamber of Commerce. Robert received his Bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College in 1985 and his Juris Doctor degree from Washington & Lee University in 1988.
