Planning Commission Meetings

The Planning Commission meets in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 7121 East Loop Road, at 6:00 pm on the second Monday of every month unless there is a Monday holiday. Commission meetings are open to the public, with opportunities for the public to speak. For all comments and testimony, speakers are asked to limit statements to about three minutes in order to allow as many people as possible the chance to address Commission.
