Permitting & Application Forms

Before undertaking development projects one or more of the application forms below may need to be filled out and submitted to the City for review. If you do not see the application you are looking for you may either consult the applications listed on the Building Department and Public Works Department websites or contact the City at (509) 427-5970 or planning@ci.stevenson.wa.us.

Applications

  • PDF ofAnnexation (For requests to expand city limits)
    City Council Review. Timeline varies by method, anticipate a decision in 6 months.
  • pdfBoundary Line Adjustment (For shifting the line separating legal lots)
    Administrative Review. Anticipate a decision within 20 business days.
  • pdfConditional Use Permit (For specific uses listed uses listed as conditional in the applicable zoning district)
  • Planning Commission Review. Anticipate a decision within 50 days.
  • pdfCritical Areas Permit (For development within or likely to impact Geologic Hazard Areas, Streams & other Habitat Areas, Wetlands, and Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas)
    Administrative Review. Anticipate a decision within 30 days.

    Administrative Review. Anticipate a decision within 20 business days.
  • pdfSEPA Checklist (For proposals requiring review under the State Environmental Policy Act [RCW 43.21C & WAC 197-11])
    Administrative Review. Anticipate a threshold determination within 30 days.

    City Council Review. Anticipate a decision within 3 months.

    Administrative Review. Anticipate a decision within 45 days.

    Planning Commission & City Council Review. Anticipate a preliminary plat decision within 2 months.

    Board of Adjustment Review. Anticipate a decision within 30 days.

    Planning Commission & City Council Review. Anticipate a decision within 3 months.
